Description
The Q resolution can be modified automatically by reading the pinhole diameter of sample and source from calculation file.

Add variables for calResolution, add the readFromCalFile function to get the aperture diameter, and change the parameters for outputIQ functions.
The old calibration files are also modified to with the aperture diameter parameters.
