Description
this is a new label. The function is to check if the IQ can be merged well at different wavelength ranges so that we can choose which ranges will be used in the scattering.

write IQChecking input parameters into configure.xml

output the IQ curves for different wavelength range successfully

create a maximum of 10 added comboBoxes to add or reduce the number of curves plotted at the canvas. the link between the comboBox and the canvas has not been added yet.

succeed to show different curves by adding if in function getComboList and plotData, and fresh the list by "self.getComboList". Add "+" and "-" buttons to add and reduce new curves in the plotting canvas.
add a function for calculating IQChecking and Back.
