bugs in load event data

Description
although eventdata is put into workspace, there are some bugs in workspace in the mantid.
Like x and y values, spectrum no and detector id,and plot bins are all zero!

x-axis size is 2, 0-40000 us
y is the event number of each spectrum
when use Loadinstrument, the detector ID is from 1 not 0 in the xml file!
